[How to brew]
Place 3g (1 heaped teaspoon) of tea leaves per person into a teapot, pour in 80cc of 80℃ hot water, wait 1 minute, and then gently pour into the teacup. For the second brew, brew 80cc at a slightly higher temperature for about 20 seconds.
