"Izumi", which has been revived at our garden, is a mythical variety that was developed domestically for export more than half a century ago.
The top notes are reminiscent of citrus, and the pleasant blue color enhances the freshness.
The aftertaste has a slight milky feel and the scent of flowers blooming in the May fields.
A black tea with a delicate aroma and strong flavor.
