2024 Izumi 1st No.2 Silver Moon 20g
"Izumi", which has been revived at our garden, is a mythical variety that was developed domestically for export more than half a century ago.
This is the 1st (spring harvest) lot, picked when the leaves had thickened and the aroma had become stronger.
It is lightly fermented and has a refreshing, sweet citrus aftertaste.
As the temperature of the tea in the cup decreases, the aroma deepens and the richness becomes more pronounced.
