"Izumi" is a mythical variety that was developed for export more than half a century ago.
The soft buds are picked at the best time to bring out the flavor, and are then finished with a delicate kneading process similar to hand rolling and a shallow fermentation.
It features a fruity top note and a gentle, refreshing aftertaste.
