"Izumi", which has been revived at our garden, is a mythical variety that was developed domestically for export more than half a century ago.
It features a fruity top note reminiscent of sweet tropical fruits and a soft, rich aftertaste. The flavor that comes from deep fermentation goes perfectly with fruit-based Western confectioneries and chocolate sweets.
