  • What is IZUMI?

"IZUMI" was created more than half a century ago as a variety for export. However, the export era soon ended and domestic demand shifted to domestic demand, so it is a rare variety that has rarely been grown.

In 1957, the Japanese Tea Exporters' Association commented, "It has an extremely good aroma and is comparable to the special grade produced in China.

Yoshida Tea Farm began cultivating it in 1992, and in 2008, we entered "Izumi" in the World Green Tea Contest, where it won the highest gold medal. We succeeded in bringing it back to the world.

What we are producing

  • Green Tea

Tea trees grown in the "land of Sashima," which is blessed with severe summer heat, cold winters, and fertile soil, produce thick, firm tea leaves. Careful processing of these rich tea leaves produces a tea with a rich aroma and mellow flavor.

  • Black Tea

It has a refreshing taste thanks to our shallow fermentation. Among them, the fantastic variety "IZUMI" offers a fruity aroma.

  • Tea Utensils

Kyusu which we selling are made by artists who are among the best in Japan. We deal in the highest quality tea utensils, especially Tokoname ware, which is one of the most famous in Japan.
